Minimum order is $300 exclusive of shipping ($1,000 for International orders). Free shipping on orders over $450. The live Koi fish are impossible to return since we do not know if they have been exposed to disease or parasites. We guarantee them to arrive alive, but any claims must be made within 5 hours of arrival by telephone or e-mail. It is important to note that we ship the Koi overnight, and seldom lose any, even after 6 days; all arrive alive. Because of the nature of Koi to jump out of a new pond or tank during the first couple of days, it is the customers' responsibility to make sure that there are adequate precautions in place. We cannot be responsible for the customers' allowing the Koi to jump out, which is why we require immediate notice. We will replace any Koi that do not arrive alive, or refund their cost, at our option. We cannot be responsible for customers' pond water quality such as toxic chemical levels, inadequate oxygen, pH, chlorine presence, water hardness, temperature shock, parasites, bacteria, viruses, etc.
